THIC is about more than just amazing hair. Our mission is to create products that focus on your hair health and embrace your natural texture – THIC promotes self acceptance and inclusivity while being conscious and considerate of the world we live in and the impact we make.

The Founder

THIC was founded by top hair professional Morgan Tully. Morgan has spent nearly two decades in the industry, building her hair styling business centred on a strong commitment and deep connection to her clients. In 2020, when she couldn’t find a product line that offered what her clients were searching for, Morgan launched everyone’s must-have beauty product, THIC’s Daily Hair Perfecting Oil. It has since been featured in countless publications and is sold globally. She followed her critically acclaimed hair oil with a capsule collection of products (shampoo, conditioner & deep conditioning treatment) for all textures that focuses on hair health and a line of eco friendly hair accessories. Morgan then opened THIC Studio - with its luxe and elevated interior and celebrated team of hair stylists, it is truly a unique salon experience.

Both of us live and die by THIC's incredible hair oil. We have very different hair types but we're both naturally curly girls and our hair absolutely LOVES this stuff. We use it to finish a blowout, to air dry curls, to create slick ponytails, and to add some protection at the beach. We use it on our boys' hair to manage their bed head and define their curls. All THIC products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, contain no toxic ingredients and leave hair with a beautiful look and feel. It's a 10/10 for us!
