Dimensions is an adult-only, all-inclusive health and wellness retreat experience with a therapeutic focus on self-betterment and or conditions affecting the central nervous system. Dimensions focuses on restorative well-being and transformational growth by combining neuroscientific research and evidence-based therapeutic healing modalities with luxurious hospitality. A main dining lodge and seventeen cabin suites with private decks were custom-designed to provide guests with a calming sanctuary. Dimensions Algonquin Highlands, located on Maple Lake and south of Haliburton, Ontario is the first in a growing collection of international Dimensions retreats in spectacular natural settings.

Dimensions is a special place to us as it served as the backdrop to one of the best getaways either of us has ever experienced. We attended their Winter Wellness retreat at the end of January 2024 and after experiencing the delectable food, stunning accommodations and healing somatic therapies, we knew we needed to get back there ASAP. Two months later, we returned, this time with an incredible group of women who took a leap to attend the first ever Rebel Mama hosted retreat: Girls Gone Mild.

This retreat came at the perfect time for me. I arrived at Dimensions a bundle of anxiety, concerned about how I was falling into some of my unhealthiest coping mechanisms.
