Last week we hosted an incredible live podcast recording event with Joanna Griffiths, founder and president of Knix and KT by Knix. The three of us (and a few dozen friends and collaborators) sat down for an important discussion about Menopause and Perimenopause, essentially blowing the lid off a topic that has been historically under-studied and under-discussed. The good news? Times are changing and information surrounding this important topic is more readily available than ever!

You’ll have to wait a couple weeks before you can listen to this very special episode (it drops on December 12, followed by another important conversation with lead Menopause researcher and chair of The Canadian Menopause Society, Dr Nese Yuksel, dropping on December 19), but we wanted to make as many resources available as possible, as soon as possible. So without further ado, here they are!

Shout out to Knix for creating so much informative content around perimenopause and menopause. The first batch of links are all sources from knix.com. The second batch is sourced from The Canadian Menopause Society. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of this post for some accounts to follow, podcasts to explore and healthcare professionals to reach out to for hormone support.

But first, check out their newest campaign – we love it so much!
